1. General Introduction and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between jaya9 and its members. By using the jaya9 website, mobile application and any related digital services, these Terms apply automatically.

If any member disagrees with any part of these Terms, they must stop using jaya9's services immediately. Both the Bengali and English versions of the Terms apply in interpretation; in case of any conflict, the English version takes precedence.

2. Membership and Registration

2.1 Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to become a member of jaya9:

• The member must be at least 21 years old.
• True and accurate information must be provided at the time of registration.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• The account is for personal use only; using it on behalf of others or for commercial purposes is not allowed.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

jaya9 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A copy of a national ID, passport or other government-issued identity document may be requested for this purpose. jaya9 reserves the right to place withdrawal requests on hold until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

The member is fully responsible for keeping their login details (username and password) confidential. Sharing a password with any third party is strictly prohibited. If unauthorised access is suspected, the jaya9 support team must be notified immediately.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

Payment methods currently accepted at jaya9 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

Members may only deposit from a payment account registered in their own name. jaya9 reserves the right to cancel deposits made from third-party accounts and close the associated member account.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Before a withdrawal request is approved, it is checked that the required wagering conditions have been met.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

jaya9 actively follows anti-money laundering policies. In cases of suspicious transactions, jaya9 may investigate an account and temporarily hold funds at any time.

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, making the total balance ৳2,200, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered at least 15 times. Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

4.3 Other Promotions

Each of jaya9's weekly and seasonal promotions has its own terms. Some notable promotions:

• jaya9 Weekly Reload Fest: 30% of deposit, up to ৳8,000; wagering 18x.
• jaya9 Cricket Josh Bonus: 50% of deposit, up to ৳10,000; wagering 20x.
• jaya9 Friday Slot Dhamaka: 40% of deposit, up to ৳6,000; wagering 15x.
• Refer a Friend, Win with jaya9: up to ৳1,500 reward per successful referral; wagering 12x.
• Birthday Special Reward: up to ৳2,000 reward credited automatically on your birthday; wagering 10x.

Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless the promotion terms explicitly allow it. jaya9 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Validity

All bets placed at jaya9 are settled according to the rules of the relevant game or sport. jaya9 reserves the right to void bets placed unintentionally due to a technical error.

5.2 Maximum Win Limits

A maximum win limit per single bet may apply for certain games or events. This limit is stated on the page for each game or event.

5.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

For sports betting, the result of a match or event is considered final as announced by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCCI, BCB, etc.). If a match is cancelled or shortened due to rain or any other reason, bets will be settled according to jaya9's set rules.

5.4 Live Betting

Odds may change quickly during live betting. jaya9 is not responsible for odds changes before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted, it will be settled at the odds at that moment.

6. VIP Program and Cashback

jaya9's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Silver: up to 0.5% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Gold: up to 0.8% cashback on weekly net losses.

Example: if a Silver member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100. VIP tier changes depend on the member's activity and are at jaya9's discretion.

To withdraw cashback funds, the relevant bonus policy's wagering requirements may need to be met.

7. Prohibited Activities

jaya9 reserves the right to close a member's account and confiscate funds if they engage in any of the following activities:

1. Opening multiple accounts using false information.
2. Bonus abuse — that is, placing bets using risk-free strategies solely to obtain a bonus.
3. Using software or bots to place bets automatically.
4. Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
5. Allowing minors to use an account or placing bets on their behalf.
6. Placing bets using third-party funds or on behalf of third parties.
7. Participating in match-fixing or any form of fraudulent activity.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 jaya9's Rights

jaya9 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason without prior notice. However, if the reason for closure is not a breach of these Terms, the member's remaining valid balance will be returned.

8.2 Member's Rights

A member may close their own account at any time by contacting the support team via 24/7 live chat or email.

9. Responsible Gaming

jaya9 takes responsible gaming seriously. We encourage members to set their own betting limits and to treat gaming as entertainment. jaya9 provides various tools such as deposit limits, session limits and self-exclusion.

11. Technical Issues and Disclaimer

If a bet or game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, a server error or any other technical issue, jaya9 will make every effort to resolve the problem quickly. However, in such situations, jaya9 reserves the right to make decisions on unsettled bets at its own discretion.

jaya9 is not responsible for a member's internet connection or device issues. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, it may be temporarily disrupted due to maintenance or upgrades.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any complaint about a transaction or service must be reported to the jaya9 support team within 24 hours. The support team provides assistance in both Bengali and English, 24/7, via live chat or email.

13. Changes to Terms

14. Applicable Law
